01 - 4 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
02 - 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (retain seeds to increase heat)
03 - 1 lime, juiced

04 - 3 cups cold water
05 - 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or granulated sugar), adjust to taste
→ Garnish & Serving
06 - Ice cubes, for serving
07 - Pineapple wedges and thin jalapeño slices, for garnish (optional)
# Cooking Directions:
01 - Place pineapple, chopped jalapeño, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave syrup (or sugar) and cold water into the blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous, about 45–60 seconds.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness or heat: add more agave/sugar for sweetness or a few jalapeño slices (with seeds) for extra spice, then blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - If a silky texture is desired, strain the blended liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, using a spatula to press out as much liquid as possible; discard solids.
05 - Fill glasses with ice, pour the agua fresca over the ice, garnish with pineapple wedges or jalapeño slices as desired, and serve immediately.
